This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    TR1A does not see DVD anymore

    Help! My TR1A does not see DVD anymore.
    The CD drive is OK, read and write, but DVD... Make some sounds, and nothing happened.
    Dleting and updating of Mat****a UJDA745 does not help. Please!

    Could try uninstalling the ide in Device Manager if you feel up to it. Windows will find and re-install it when re-booted. Drive could have went as well.
