    Hi,

I just got a Vaio TX750 and when it charges up to 100% the indicator says that it is still charging. Is it safe to leave the AC cable plugged in when it reaches 100%?

Also, how should I be using the battery? Is it better to leave the AC cable in as much as I can, or should I be taking it out once it is finished charging?

    Thanks!

you should drain your battery down to 30% or so every couple of weeks to maintain the storage capacity of your battery, but leaving it plugged in won't hurt it otherwise.

That's what i thought. The reason I'm asking is that my dell inspiron 640m changes the status to "plugged into AC" when it reaches 100% whereas this one says "charging"... That is why I am afraid of leaving it on overnight in case it overcharges the battery or something.
