I am planning to upgrade hard drive on on my Sony to 100 G 7200 rpm. Do you have any tips how to do it properly? I don't see any particular indication where is drive located. Should I unscrew all screws and try to lift keyboard?

    Please, help.

    TIA

    Hi ID64,

Yeah, the TX uses 1.8" drives just like its competing ultraportable Fujitsu P7120.

And they are both extruciatingly slow. :D

I am not aware of better performing alternatives out there for 1.8" right now...or I would have thrown a new one into the P7120 as it stand. *laugh*

Put it this way, my mum who is a luddite and doesn't even bother much with computers asked me, "Why is this computer so slow?"
