I am having a problem with the touchpad buttons. Because they are so close to the edge of the laptop, I hit them with the palms of my hands while typing. This causes all sorts of interesting problems with windows disappearing and text being highlighted and deleted while I am typing.

The mouse driver allows me to disable tapping while typing, but I haven't found anywhere to disable the buttons while typing. I use the buttons while not typing so just disabling them is not the answer.

Does anyone know how I can disable the touchpad hardware buttons while typing?
