    I sent mine off on Monday I got it back yesterday and I can't tell much difference or see what has been done but guess what?

    sony gave me a free memory stick and a lcd cleaning cloth.. how sweet!

    LCD cleaning cloth is standard for any laptop you receive back from them.

    Can you perhaps check the wires, that suppose to be seen in the left LCD hinge?

    They are still there, you mean the red wire? well I saw a topic and looked at it but it obviously isn't that as it's still there.

    Yea, some people reported that the red wire "pops out" and that is the issue...
