Which OS are you running? Vista?

I have read about many similar incidents on the internet when people are running Vista. Some of the articles describe the cause of the problem to be the desktop manager and others mention the graphics drivers not communicating well with Vista.

Have you tried updating your graphics drivers and maybe even your firmware?
