Ok, so BT is on the Wifi card.

Do I need to get 4965AGN card, do they all have BT also, or I need to look for special one, that have BT onboard?

a third party chip won't work in there, you can purchase one form Sony's parts center 800-488-7669 just give them the model number of the unit and they'll tell you how much the part costs.

At the same time if you have a TZ it's probably still in warranty. They all had their manufacturer warranty extended an extra year. Call sony and have them replace it for free.
