I noticed a lot of people mentioning using RMClock's Throttling feature as an aide in power saving through CPU power states. I was wondering if anyone could write a guide on how to do it ? Im new to the app and wondering if I need it to start with windows and what options exactly to pick in which tab?

    Thanks for any help!
