Hola-
I followed the forum directions for a clean install of XP pro on my TZ, I seem to have everything working fine. (with NO help whatsoever from Sony. As soon as they know you aren't running Vista, they say they can't help you, contact Microsoft) Anyways...
I have downloaded and installed the "novatec edo" drivers, which appear to be for the Sprint Wan card, because as soon as I clicked "enable WAN" in the VAIO Control Center, the Found New Hardware Wizard started installing those drivers.
But I can not figure out where I go to actually *use* the WAN, I can't see any files or icons anywhere. I don't have an account with Sprint yet, but I will once I can figure out how to get on. Hopefully it's a stupid question, TIA.

BTW- I am pretty much a newbie, and if I was able to stumble my way through reformating the harddrive and installing XP, and getting this thing to run, just about anybody can. I have a whole new machine now, it shuts down and reboots in about 30 seconds now, as opposed to a few minutes with Vista and all the bloatware junk. I also had 93MB AVAILABLE after installing XP Pro as opposed to something like 63MB on a 100MB drive.
