    tz298 is listed on sonystyle's site now.

    so...who from this forum will be the first to jump in? little too pricey for me, so i'm out for now.

    TZ298: Hybrid 64GB Solid State Drive, 250GB hard drive, external DVD±R/RW DL optical drive, premium carbon fiber casing and leather case

    edit: never mind. it's a pre-order, ship date is listed as 3/4/2008.

    Yeah, it is ages from now. I think that they will push it even further, since there is a shortage of batteries.
