I would not buy a notebook that has been recalled. TZ model has been recalled. Buy the Z!

This TZ has no problems with heating, but i still don't know what to choose, the olny reason i will not choose Z, it's because of the size, isn't too big? I never saw it :(

If another person will tell me to get the Z, i will get the Z because it's late, and i don't have much time, somebody will buy the laptop for me, i don't have to pay anything, but i have to make the good choice.

The TZ being produced right now, presumably has had all the internals corrected and would clearly not be subject to a recall.

None the less, i would suggest the Z or the new TT. The TZ is now outdated. The Z is very small... you wont be disappointed.

Get the Z, Adobe photoshop on a GMA 950 is going to be rather sluggish. . .It's not that big either. . .3.3 lbs w/ standard battery @ 1.3" thick with X4500 and hybrid graphics!!!

As good looking as the TZ is and small. . . I think the recalls, and outdated hardware make this a no brainer. .

Ok, I will take the Z, i don't want to get angry with the TZ, because i use to use many programs in the same time 3 - 4. I also will take the extendend baterry :)

I don't think you'll be disappointed with the Z. It's only a little heavier than the TZ, and many many times faster (good for photoshop, etc.) Another really important aspect is that while the Z isn't a lot bigger than the TZ, it has a full-pitch keyboard, which means you don't have to get used to typing on a cramped keyboard as you would with the TZ.

For me it would be no contest - I would get the Z without any hesitation.

The Lenovo X200 weighs only 0.05 pounds lighter than the Z. It lacks a touchpad, has an inferior screen, slower video card, etc. I literally don't see any reason why you'd get the X200 over the Vaio Z unless for some reason you have to have a laptop that's 1" less in width, or of course if price is a big concern (the X200 is cheaper).
