    u have to install vaio power management and that ISP soft i think ..
    has something to do with battery ..

    hahaha! I am here to help you.

    I seen this annoyed problem.

    You have to install the 2 software required by Sony.

    Then after I install the Video drivers, it went away!

    It happen to me when I install a retail Vista on my new SR.

    You have the same issue that you had with the multifunction button. Specifically, you have not installed all the drivers and auxilary programs required to make a Vaio function correctly. My guide, which you keep ignoring, gives you a specific list of the things you must install and the order that they have to be installed in.
