32bit or 64bt?
Which model do you have? -
ftp://ftp.vaio-link.com/PUB/VAIO/ORIGINAL/MEMORY%20CARD%20READER%20WRITER%20DRIVER%20TI%202.0R_2.0.0.19.ZIP
This is version 2.0.0.19. You can run the setup program or you can manually update driver by browsing to the Vista32 or Vista64 directory if you want 32-bit or 64-bit. Enjoy! -
its 32bit. VGN-CR13G/W - its 2 year old
thanks no1uknow i will try it. -
it updated the driver version.
but it still didnt work.. -
What exactly doesn't work? Is the TI PCIxx12 Integrated FlashMedia Controller listed in Device manager? When you put a card in, does it not show up in My Computer?
By Default, the icons for removable devices are hidden in My Computer. Sometimes people mistaken this as a sign that their reader isn't working.
To disable this, go to "Folder Options" in Control Panel. Under "View" Tab, Uncheck "Hide Empty Drive in the Computer Folder" -
its started to work now.. after installing all available windows Updates.
what i did:
1. install Vaio base driver.
2. install ftp://ftp.vaio-link.com/PUB/VAIO/ORI...R_2.0.0.19.ZIP
3. and Windows Update.
