Hello I've my VAIO SR290NTB, it came with vista business preinstalled only without the XP downgrade disk. I can order the CD from their web site. but i'm wondering if i ordered the disk does it mean i don't have the license to use vista again. or i will have both windows versions licensed. Thank you

Your Vista Business license has downgrade rights to XP. So you're good for both always!

Also the XP disk should have been in the box, and if you call up Sony's business support I'd be you could get one sent out for free much quicker than waiting through their 3rd party fulfillment solution!
