The 3 new models can be found in http://b2b.sony.com/Solutions/subcategory/notebooks/tx-series

    improvements:

    tx750:
    80GB 1.8" hard drive

    tx770:
    80GB 1.8" hard drive
    Dothan 1.3GHz Centrino processor

    tx790:
    80GB 1.8" hard drive
    Dothan 1.3GHz Centrino processor
1.5GB RAM, upgradable to 2.5GB? Holy sh** ...umm that is suppose to be a mistake

On a side note, Intel is expecting a ULV Dual Core Yonah sometime in Q2 of this year. Imagine having that in a TX. Sweetness.

The link you gave does not show the new models, only the old models.

Looks like B2B Sony has pulled out the newer VAIO TX's for later.

But there's another link, so what I have said is really true. TX's can come with a 1.3GHz processor.

On a related note, I never know there's an orange version of TX.

Ya I can really imagine plugging one of my usb 2.0 devices into a "tx3" yonah based laptop and watching the battery life fall by over an hour. ..... sounds like a plan. Make you wonder if the qa guys at Sony figured out the usb problem and actually intentionally planned not to put the dual core processor into the tx2 in order to keep its long battery life intact. Way to go Sony! Either way the tx2 owners can relax and enjoy their usb 2.0 devices and keep the long battery life. Intel/Msft get your act togather so we can actually look forward to the "tx3" and use our usb devices. Thanks.

These also are supposed to be fanless right?
Do we really need dual core in an ultraportable?

ok i retract usb note, since microsoft announced they will patch the problem. How long it takes before this patch is released is unknown. So after patched a tx3 with yonah or mernom would be allright.
On a side note hell ya we need dual core. So we can download our favorite things while running another application and not break a sweat.

i think sony will skip on the dual core yonah and focus more on a dual core merom. Maybe a ULV 1.33ghz merom????
