I've noticed that people don't that much on these forums.. or comment... that's kinda sad.. On my last post, I've had 44 people read my question but noone even posted a suggestion.. The numbers are a little more ludicrous on the last post.. People.. you need to speak.. even though it doesn't answer the question, it might help things being put in perspective.

 

what do you expect, i believe all people who read your post just don't know a solution. do you want all of them to say "uhm, i dont know?"

obviously the grx-keyboard doesn't fit the grz-series. you should call the sony support, but somehow I doubt that they can help you. the best solution is most likely to just call or mail the guy who sold you that keyboard on ebay, because he sent you a wrong item.

 

I am not the one of the original 44 people that read the post, but I did read this one then went back to read it.

I think qwerty is right, those two routes are your best chance. I also think GRZ service manual, which could help you locate the right part easier with part number, is actually downloadable on the net. I need to look into my downloaded files in another computer. I'll let you know later.

 

I read and post on this forum almost everyday. All I can comment on is the S260 and the FX-a36 which I had before.

 

Alright, I checked the files and it turned out the service manual files I have were GRV and GRX, not GRZ. Sorry.
