This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Getting a second power supply from Sony apparently costs £100. Presumably this is massively overpriced? Are there any reputable places selling compatible power supplies in the UK?

    Look on Amazon.com or .co.uk for the Coolermaster Slim 90 Watt AC adapter

    Thanks, that certainly looks like a much better price. I found it on Amazon.com, but I can't seem to find any UK suppliers :(
