Transfer PMB?

So I was an idiot and did a fresh install of W7 without backing anything up. I use PMB a lot to organize my photos so is there anyway I could get PMB back? I went to the Sony store and they said they could sell me the the recovery CDs for 39.99. I do have another Sony with PMB installed is there a way to transfer it over?

The PMD for VAIO is different, that also includes a nice video creator with templates. This is unique to the VAIO edition, the download version is the same as supplied with Cybershot or Handycams.

 

Thanks for the response! I did find that but is there a way to get around the step where i have to plug in a camera? I don't own any Sony cameras but do own 2 Sony laptops.

 

I believe you need the camera or it will not allow you to install.

 

Took me 20 Minutes to find out: You actually need an original PMB CD-Rom to install this tool on the regular way. The following links contain the installers. Perhaps this software was preinstalled and can't be installed again without a Sony camera/handycam as Fishon told. I'd suggest to borrow a sony camera to install this.
