The Sony TR5 comes with only a VGA out. I'm trying to find a solution that'll enable me to output the display to a TV without having to lug around a converter box (and it's AC power adaptor).

I'm looking for something like the Grandtec PC to Video cable (http://www.grandtec.com/ultimateEZ.htm) but, as I live in Singapore, this NTSC-only cable won't work.

I'm toying with the idea of getting the Apple Mini-VGA to DVI cable (for iBooks), hooking that up with the Apple Video Adapter kit (DVI to S-Video and RCA). Does anyone familiar with Macs know if this will work?

If not, any kind leads on a VGA to RCA cable?
