got something weird recently while doing some 'normal' wifi connection.
Lately it automatically lights up the bluetooth light and when i look in the options it says that the Bluetooth Radio is enabled.

After searching on how to disable this there should be an option directly with the right-mouse-click on the bluetooth icon in the bar bottom-right of the screen.

How can i turn this off if there is not option to turn this off ?

And how do i disable ANY bluetooth stuff until i say so ?

There is an utility (it appears in the tray) that allows to control what is on/off:
    802.11g

If you have done a clean install, the wireless switch utility (mentioned in the post above) does not work. In that case, use the SmartWi utility to do this. It has a Fn+F1 functionality to toggle between Wifi -> BT -> Wifi+BT.

Double-click on the "LAN" green box in your task bar, and then check the "ENABLE BLUETOOTH" button. Once enabled, the blue LED lights up and the green LAN box turns into a half green/half blue box with the letter "B" in it.

Don't feel bad...took me forever to figure out how to turn on Bluetooth also!

You might want to browse through some of the generic Vaio utilities that link to all the different feature components - I believe the wireless utility can be found under there (and yeah, Sony's organization of utilities is quite horrible - even the programs intended to make them neat and presentable are broken up into 2 or 3 different ones.)
