    Turning off alarms

    I have a new sony TZ notebook, and every 15 minutes churchs bells ring, Can anyone advise how I can stop this?

    Let's troubleshoot it. :)

    Go into your Control Panel's Sound Options and disable all Windows Sounds by choosing the "No Sound" scheme. Then see if it still makes the sound. If so, then we'll know it's another software issue.

    fFirst thanks for replying. That said, when I turn the sound off there is no bells and or alarm. This is really wierd.
