    Hi all,

Thought this might help any other S or SZ owners out there. I have been looking for a good case that I could carry my SZ with (just as I had wanted a good case back when I owned an S360..... the last time I ended up using a 15" targus notebook case, which defeated the purpose of having such a small notebook).

The big thing is that I wanted a case that would give me some extra room to also carry an extra battery and the AC adaptor.

I finally found something at CompUSA today that seems to work really well:

    Kensington Compact Duo Case
    http://us.kensington.com/html/5729.html

This is supposed to be for 12" notebooks and tablet PC's, but the SZ seems to fit just fine in it (with a bit of extra room at the top, which seems fine, although does mean that it could slide around a bit if you turned it upside down). And it has enough room in the pocket in the front for the AC adaptor, etc.

So far it seems to do the trick, and it's nice and lightweight, while also still having some drop protection and a solid barrier between the accessory pocket and the laptop compartment, which makes me feel more comfortable putting the "screen side" there and not having any accessories press up against it.

The other accessory I got is the Kensington 120 watt notebook ac/dc adaptor:

    http://us.kensington.com/html/6368.html

This has already been reviewed on NBR, but it seems to work just fine with the SZ, and I definitely like that it is thinner and lighter than the adaptor Sony ships with the SZ. This also lets me carry something thinner and lighter with my laptop (it fits just fine in the case), and still keep my main Sony power adaptor at home.

Anyway, I hope this helps anyone else who might have been dealing with similar searches for accessories.

I have an extra Kensington 120 watt ac/dc adapter including the N27 tip for the Sony SZ. It's new, PM me with an offer if you're interested. Thanks!

I don't believe so; or at least it doesn't seem to be recommended. When I went to the Kensington site to check which adaptor to use, it said the SZ specifically required more than 70w, and therefore specifically recommended the 120w adaptor.
