So I have a Sony Vaio SR. I recently installed Windows 7 RC using dual boot. My fingerprint sensor used to work fine in Vista but now it's just not accepting my fingerprints in tutorial or enrollment....says too short and try again....and fingerprints don't give a full print on the tutorial when accepted...hence the message too short. On the other hand, I had no problems enrolling my fingerprints in Windows 7.....the sensor actually accepted my fingerprints for enrollment once in Vista and I thought everything was set but after reboot had the same problems....so now my sensor works great in Windows 7. But in Vista, it just won't accept my prints displaying too short every time I scan my finger.....Anybody else have the same problem? I am using Protector Suite version 5.8 on vista and the preview version on Windows 7....
