Hey everybody, I came back to my S series today to find that a thunderfly had crawled into my screen and died on the Windows taskbar!

I was wondering if anyone had ever taken the panel off their LCD screen before?

I really need instructions on how to do it as I really dont want to force things.

So far I've taken the four corner pads off to reveal four screws. But I can't get the screws out because I dont have a small enough screw driver.

Even after I do that, where the panel turns at the bottom is still holding it down so I don't know what I need to do.

Thank you so so much to anyone that can help me.

These instructions for LCD disassembly are really good: http://www.screentekinc.com/lcd-removal-instructions.shtml
These instructions worked well for an SZ. The screws are very small Phillips screws. We used the screwdriver from an eyeglass repair kit. The screws have deep slots and a regular flat blade screwdriver worked fine. We had to use a file to make the screwdriver blade narrower to fit the very smallest screws. Anyone know of a good screwdriver kit for this purpose?
