Their global site lists the VGN-Z as compatible so I don't see why the VPC-Z wouldn't be considering I use the same tips in my other adapters between the 2 notebooks.

I think it'll work and the VPC-Z is just too new. VGN-Z (listed) uses same adapter as VPC-Z11.

I can't say 100% but what I can tell you is that my VGN-Z590 and VPC-Z chargers work with one another interchangeably. So, considering VGN-Z is listed as compatible with the USNA95 I think it's safe to assume your VPC-Z12 should be compatible as well.

IT WORKS! Awesome charger... honestly a must have for ALL VAIO z11, z12, and z13 owners. It is light and really slim. Now I am not as envious of the mbp13 users.

Can you take a pic or two next to the factory Sony charger?

I can, but the factory charger is at home, in the library now (as always), I dont know how I carried around that thing. lol. The dimensions, from the website:
    Dimension (W / H / D) 62 x 17 x 104 mm / 2.4 x 0.7 x 4.1 inch

Can someone change the title of the thread read to read "USNA 95 - Slim Adapter Compatibility for the vaio z12", Or I can start a new thread.

Hmm i personally use the Energizer XPAL xp18000 external battery pack for my Z, and i carry around that + its adapter(Zoinks referred it). So that when I'm on the go w/o any outlet, i can use the batt pack, if there is an outlet, i can power the Z through the ext batt pack. It does add some weight, but the Z is light enough AND it comes with a ton of tips so i can charge my other electronic devices. But this is REALLY small... o_O... I didnt see anything about the length of the wire to the outlet, then to the wall...

    p.s. I got it off ebay for $86 + $10 shipping.
