Hi I just started using VAIO FIT 15E model for 2 days, and have been using Sony external hard drive HD-E1 for a year+ now.
Right after I keyed in my password for the 'Password protection manager' on my hard drive and press enter, my laptop went blue screen telling me to find out more about 'MEMORY_MANAGEMENT'
I have the same issue on any other windows 8 laptop, but it still works perfectly fine on my old windows 7.
I've tried going to the password protection manager file --> properties --> compatibility --> 'run this program in compatibility mode for windows 7', and i cannot find windows 8.
So i'm guessing this external hard drive is not compatible for windows 8? Is there any way i can make it usable for my windows 8? :(

    Really appreciate any help!
