Hi all, my Vaio VGN-S150 been crashing lately and every time when it reboots into windows it displayed “your system has recovered from a serious…” and then it displayed that it was the ATI driver that caused the problem. Then I decided to on the Vaio’s support page to check if there is a bios update that might fix this problem which I found. After updating the bios the computer itself don’t recognize itself as the model VGN-S150 and when is operating with the battery alone it will display message “Please insert a genuine Sony battery” Is there any way to fix this? Or roll back the bios?

    The statuses are as followed:
I can boot up into windows
    Log in to windows
But can’t use the battery and many crashes
