I just discovered that Upek, the original manufacturer of fingerprint software for my VPC Z1 has merged with Authentec. They still have the Protector suite on the website but I'm not sure if it will recognize the sony license and work in full rather than limited/trial mode. Anyone tried updating the fingerprint software lately on their Z1s to the authentec version? :D
