I have a Vaio AR 730B and with a T8100 processor and 8600MGT graphics card. I found a 9600M GT graphics card on ebay and also a X9000 2.8grz processor as well

I went to Intel and checked the specs out on both my mother board and the processor to see if they will be compatible. It appears the processor's fron side bus is 800, making it fine with mine. The voltage I'm not so sure about? The graphics card looks almost identical to the 8600M Gt that I have now.

So 1. Is it possible to remove and replace the CPU with the X9000
And 2. Is it possible to replace this 8600 M GT with the 9600M GT?

    Thanks
