I'm looking for a new laptop at the mo and am swinging between the brand new Sony FE31Z and the Zepto 6615-Gamer. What is swinging it is that the Zepto has the same Graphics card as the Sony (Nvidia Geforce Go 7600) but Zepto have over clocked it by 30Mhz and it has 512 dedicated memory rather than 128. Is it easy to upgrade/improve/replace the graphics in the Sony?

It's impossible to upgrade/downgrade or change in any way anything about your hardware when concerning graphics card unless you have a very uncommon type used by dell and one or two other companies and even that is still very risky and difficult. If you want 30mhz more just download the latest AtiTool which overclocks my nvidia 7400 with no problems, Set it to start with windows and overclock your card by 30mhz not that 30mhz is going to be very noticable.
