This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Is it possible to get a faster hard drive for my old Sony R505DL? Does anyone here know if the Hitachi 5400 RPM or 7200RPM 2" drives will fit in there?

    I've googled around, and checked Sony's sites, but haven't found anything specific...
