    Upgrade VGA dedicated memory for Vaio Z

    Anyone know how to upgrade VGA dedicated memory for VAIO Z?

    Don't think so. I looked for the processor when I popped the keyboard off to install a new hard drive. There are two memory options, the 128MB and 256MB, both of which appear to be integrated to the motherboard PCB.

    You can, however, get up to 1.5GB as both the Intel and nVidia cards can utilize system RAM.

    You have the geforce 9300m GS and the intel 4500 igp?

    You cant upgrade any gpu to include more memory but with the 4500 you may be able to change how much system memory is allocated to it through the bios; push F2 repeatedly when you start your computer to access the bios screen.

    What do you need more memory for?
