hi, i am new to this borad. i am thinking to buy the new S580 notebook. i have keep heard the S series notebook has overheating and short battery life problem. this is what i am thinking..

is it possible to swap the cpu to PM 765, or P-M 755? those are the same as 770 and 760 but with 400MHz bus. i found a Big difference between those 2 cpu are TDP. for some reason, the 533 MHz version is around 32W compare to 400MHz's 21W. i think the performance between those two are quite the same if both are running at the same clock speed ( for ex, 2.0G) however, the power saving is quite noticeable.

does anyone tried it? will the notebook run OK with 400MHz fsb P-M?
