Hi. I recently purchased the new VGN-Z690 and thought i would save some money by ordering it with the Home Premium (64bit) OS since I already had Vista Ultimate disks. I went to do an upgrade by installing the Ultimate disks, but the option to upgrade was greyed out. The only option was to do a clean install, which I want to avoid due to all the other software that is on it already. When I spoke to Sony, they were not very helpful. Any suggestions?
