    I 've got Vaio FS 215Z Standard memory 2x256 SOdimm sdram ddr333, I would like to upgrade to 1024:
    it's better to put 2 x 512 or 1G memory
    and wich memory should I use compatible with my vaio

    I'd use Crucial, Kingston or Kingmax.
