    May I know will this card called INTEL 5100 AGN 802.11N Mini PCI-E Wireless N Card be compatible with my VGN-SZ491N laptop ?

    Please kindly advise.

    Yes, it will work.
    If you only have 2 antennas you can run with just two, or order a 3rd generic and put it where you can, it doesn't matter.
