    I have a Sony Vaio with P4 2.8 Gz that is ofcourse integrated into the Motherboard, is it possible to upgrade this with a P4 3.4 Gz with HT...

    sorry, but this is not possible...the only solution would be to buy a new notebook and sell your current one on EBay if you really wanted to upgrade.
