I heard that I can use the same CD Key of my Vista Business 32 bit on a 64 bit edition provided I had the 64 Bit Vista Installation DVD.

Now, Microsoft offers shipping a replacement DVD for a nominal fee, by entering my product key on this site >>> https://om.one.microsoft.com/opa/Va...125f9870a89&LocaleCode=en-us&JavaScriptOn=yes

I can then get the 64 Bit Vista Business DVD, so will my current 32 Bit Key work on the 64 bit like rumored?

And what problems will I face? Will the drivers that I currently have work?

What are the benefits / disadvantages of running a 64 Bit Edition of Vista?

A 32bit key that came with a PC will not work with a 64bit install. Only the retail copies can do that.
