    Hello

I am trying to do a system recovery to my sister's laptop, it'a vgn-fs515b. She has been using it for about 3 years and she has never performed a sytem recovery.

So, I created the recovery disc, and rebooted the system. After a few minutes I get an error message: "vsru.exe failed to initialize properly, code 0xc0150004. click ok to close the application." So I click ok, the system reboots and (if I eject the dvd) I log on to windows. I tried to do it without the dvd, using the F10 option so the system would restore from the recovery partition, but pressing F10 does absolutely nothing. I keep pressing it but all I get is the welcome to windows xp message.

I did a search on the internet to see if there were any solutions but no one else seems to be having a similar problem.

Please, if you have any ideas about what's happening let me know because I only have a week to do this. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
