    VAIO "F" Series Screen Problems

    :( My laptop is barely 18 months old and for whatever reason my screen is malfunctioning.

    On start-up, I get a wavery blue band on the left-hand side, then a second or two of load-up graphics, then....nothing. Blank Screen.

    Occasionally, it decides to work okay for awhile - an hour, a day or even a few days....then it dies again.

    What is the problem?
