    Hi,

I have had my 15A Fit Multi-Flip since December 2013 and I instantly noticed that sometimes after regular use the touchpad seizes to respond well, as if some imaginary finger is touching some point on the pad, causing the pointer to change direction, making it impossible to move it around, and it also causes me to zoom in and out without wanting to. Once the mouse reaches this point it is impossible to use basically.

I've noticed that this sometimes happens to the mouse either when my fingers get sweaty, or I've touched something wet / oily and come to touch the touchpad, however cleaning it with a dry cloth / wet cloth does not improve things. This never happened on my old laptop. The only way to fix the problem is to turn off laptop (not restart) and start it up again. From an electronics point of view, once the problem has started, power to the touchpad must be disconnected and reconnected.

Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?

I have the same problem, after setting disable the Intel Graphics driver runs ok. I will contact Sony service for assistance.
