    Hi fellas:

I plan to get the accidental warranty for my TZ. So, is it fine to purchase the warranty from a website like provantage.com or newegg.com?

    Thanks

Yes, all you get is a certificate in a shrink-wrapped package that you use to claim your warranty repairs. If I recall correctly, it's been a while since I had one, you register it on Sony eSupport after purchase.

I am still thinking of getting the 2 year or 3 year. That's a big price difference.

    Got any advice?
