How can i check temperature of HDD, CPU and motherboard of my Notebook in VISTA?

Intel has tools for its motherboards that give you temperature of desktop PCs. Is there any software like that for notebooks ?

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but if you're still around I'm investigating whether my Vaio CR31 has a temperature problem and none of the temperature monitoring programs can detect any kind of fan... I've tried PCWizard, CPUID and Speedfan...

The Vaio doesn't shut down, it can just get a bit hot on the lap, and I can feel at times the hot air coming from the fan, so I know its there and works. There are no fan controls in the BIOS either. Looking at the temperatures of the cores, they're fine, so its just dissipating the heat that may be a problem...
