    VAIO FIT 15A Internal Microphone Problem

    Hey all,

    My internal microphone does not seem to work UNLESS I have a pair of earphones plugged in (it does not have a mic on it). Once I unplug my earphones, the microphone does not work and I cannot record/communicate on video. I recently updated some things on the computer (see pic). The ones outlined in Red are the most recent updates I have done.

    Has anyone experienced this problem? Can someone please tell me what I need to do?

    Yes it was working before. I also found out something weird today. The mic on my laptop seems to work with earphones and NOT with my Bose Quiet Comfort 15 headphones. I did not change any sound settings before the mic stopped working.... so confused.
