    I want to reformat my FZ21s to its factory image.

    How do I do this?? Do I press a key at bios etc...

    Press F-10 at the vaio splash screen. Why do you want to reformat and restore to the fully bloated factory state?

    You can do a clean install/ semi-clean install instead. Follow the link in my sig. to know about one of several methods existing for doing a clean install.
