    VAIO S that was announced this week - SA or SB??

    There press (at least in UK/Europe) this week have been talking about the VAIO S that was announced. Looks great but I'm a little confused with all the talk on these forums about SA and SB.

    My questions is whether the announced VAIO this week is an SA or SB model? I really like it, but want a higher res screen. If this is the SB model and a higher res SA model is on the horizon I will wait for that.

    This is the SB. As far as I am aware you are right about the higher res screen only being available on the SA, which has apparently been delayed until June due to chassis material availability issues.

    Exactly what SSSS said. In addition, the SA will have a 1600X900 screen and it is currently unknown if a 1920X1080 screen will be available.
