Hi,
I have a SONY VAIO (Model SVS13A1). Has anyone tried to upgrade the SVS series laptop to Windows 10.
What was the outcome?
Thanks,
Nitin

I've upgraded my VAIO, model SVS15115FHB. I didn't realize that VAIO had put out a warning to not upgrade yet.
A week into the upgrade, these are the only issues I've seen:
1. Touchpad pointer freezing upon startup or resuming from sleep (already noted by Sony; see also http://esupport.sony.com/US/p/support-info.pl?info_id=1596). If there is a mouse attached via USB, I can move the cursor just fine, but the touchpad will still remain unuseable.
2. VAIO Updater wants to reinstall; I haven't used the updater at all, I think, so I haven't bothered. Just in case I break something.
3. Touchpad swipe settings are automatically set on reverse. I adjusted the setting, but the next time I booted up my computer, it was reset. I suspect that it may have been an automatic Synaptic driver update. -
