I am new to the Z, and just got my SVZ131190X 2 days ago.

I love this machine very much, but I am not a good fan of Sony's bloatwares, so I fresh install Win7 Pro. One thing that is hard for me to get used to is the machine's lack of a physical wifi switch, which means I have to deal with the VAIO Smart Network :(

My experience with my past VAIO models is that if need to shutdown the internet promptly, all I had to do is to turn the switch off. Obviously I can't do it any more in the Z3.

As a temporary solution, I assigned the VAIO button to the Smart Network.

The command line to do that is:
    VSNClient.exe /Shortcut

Does anyone know more details about this program? It would be great if it has other options like turning off the WIFI (which is what I am looking for exactly) :p

I didn't realize they had changed the design from the Z2, which has the switch.
