Hello everyone! I bought a VAIO VGN-CR520E almost 2 years ago, and the battery will not charge and remains at 0%. The laptop won't turn on unless I plug the computer into the charger. Is it the battery, or something on the motherboard that is doing this? Could it be a hardware failure?

Sorry to bump, but I need to take it in for repairs and I want to know my position if they say 'its just a battery problem', because I don't think it is. I have no way to check myself, of course.
