I bought a Vaio VGN-NS31M a few weeks ago. Ever since I used this laptop I've had the following problem.
Each time the laptop comes back from "sleep mode", it completely freezes. There is nothing I can do anymore. The cursor stays in loading mode and I can't click anything. I can only turn off the laptop and back on, both with the power button.
I just wanted to ask if this a known bug that can be fixed with a download before I bring the laptop back to the shop.
